PERSONALITY & TEMPERAMENT
Judges will observe how dogs behave and interact with their handlers, other dogs, and the audience.
Dogs with friendly, well-mannered, and confident temperaments are usually favoured.
SHOWMANSHIP
This criterion assesses the handler's ability to showcase the dog's best qualities. Judges look for the
handler's poise, presentation skills, and ability to effectively showcase the dog's attributes.
SPECIAL TALENTS OR SKILLS
Some dog pageants may have categories that focus on unique talents or skills, such as agility, obedience, tricks, or athleticism.
Participants showcasing exceptional abilities in these areas may receive special recognition.
ONLINE: PRESTIGIOUS PANEL
OF JUDGES
APPEARANCE
Dogs will be judged based on their overall physical appearance, including breed standards, coat condition, grooming, and general presentation. This criterion focuses on the dog's beauty, symmetry, and adherence to breed standards.
OBEDIENCE & TRAINING
Dogs that demonstrate good obedience and training, such as responding to commands, walking on a leash without pulling, and performing basic commands, may receive higher scores. This criterion reflects a dog's ability to be well-behaved and responsive to their handler.
Photographs, dog bios, and overall appearance will be considered by our diverse panel of judges.
The competition will be independently ordered over a week, with an independent auditor ensuring fairness.
HEALTH & CONDITION
Judges consider the overall health, fitness, and condition of the dogs. This includes assessing their energy levels, body condition, muscle tone,
and overall vitality.
